Avenue Supermarts, DMart’s parent, is testing pharmacy sections in select Mumbai stores through its subsidiary Reflect Healthcare, led by veteran Hitesh Shah. The shop-in-shop setup provides flat 20% discounts on medicines, drawing positive early feedback and talks of expansion after the subsidiary’s revenue jumped nearly fourfold to Rs 12.92 crore in FY25.
